What can you learn from the wisdom of big brands while staying nimble? When should startups start investing in establishing their brand? When the pandemic hit, we set up a remote recording studio in our respective home offices in Singapore and Switzerland, and invited guests from all over the world to help answer these questions. The result is Strategy & Sourdough, a 33 episode exploration of brand & marketing strategy at startups. Onur has built products and led marketing at startups, digital agencies and big brands over the past two decades. Tuomas has worked in the intersection of technology, strategy, creativity and business since the late 1990’s, working for some of the largest marketing agencies in the world. And our guests come from startups who have made it, and from some of the smallest startups and the largest marketing organizations in the world.
